"There’s just somethin’ about this place…

If you’ve been lucky enough to see it with your own eyes, you know what I mean. If you’ve felt the peacefulness before the crowd, then I truly consider ourselves blessed. If you haven’t experienced neither, then you really need to.

It was a blessing in disguise when our location site for my daughter’s senior pictures fell through at the last minute. I was freaking out and scrambling, trying to find somewhere we could go. One of my best friends told me about Timber Ridge and said she promised it was everything we were wanting and more. Here’s to hoping she never sees this, but she was right… so dang right! It’s a little piece of heaven, in a quiet little town.

They were SO, SO KIND. Hands down, the nicest people I have ever worked with when needing a location for something. They were, in fact, so good that I booked my daughter’s graduation/18th birthday party with them (another last minute change in plans because I loved this place so much and they were able to make it work for us). A little extreme for a grad/birthday party, yes, but I worked hard to help her get there so momma needs to party, too!!! 😁

Yes, they are obviously in this for the business, but it means more to them than that as well. They genuinely want you to have the best day/experience and help do anything they can to provide that. They bent over backwards in the heat, helping me and the photographer. The options for backgrounds and props for pictures are endless! They opened their room of decor for us to use. We caught an incredible sunset. They turned on the bridge lights and the waterfall. They opened the barn for my daughter to change her outfits. Anything we wanted and they were able to provide, they happily did it. This place will always be my number one location when booking an event.

We have received tons and tons of compliments on the pictures!!! They are so good that people are having a really hard time settling on favorites. I’m so excited for tonight’s party! Even if everything else is a disaster, just physically being there with our closest family and friends is all we’ll need to make it a great night.
