Pointer Wedding: April 2022
Krista, her bridesmaids and mother all showed up early to the barn the morning of the wedding to do hair and make up. A Lot of laughter came out of the bridal suite that morning. Nathan and his crew came a little later in the morning to get their suites on and ready to start the ceremony. All the men looked dapper in their suits.
The Pastor gave a beautiful marriage ceremony concentrating on watching the couple grow through youth groups at their church and putting Christ in the center of their marriage. To watch Krista and Nathan look into eachothers eyes throughout the night was so sweet. So much love for each other :)
What was going to be an outdoor wedding quickly turned into an under the awning wedding with heaters. Everyone pitched in before the ceremony started and people arrived to set up seating for all under the awning where it was nice, warm and dry as a few sprinkles were threatening to come around ceremony time. The Bride (Krista) was stunning in her dress and veil. The bride and groom were very sweet as they exchanged bites of cake. When it came time for the bride to dance with her dad, you could tell it was going to be an emotional dance for both of them. As the dance continued the father of the bride picked up his little girl and they both cried. It is such a special day for both of them and we were honored to be able to be there with them in their special moment. Cupcakes and the cake were made by “Sugar Whipped Bakery” in Plattsburg, MO and were oh so yummy.
